We moved in 11 months ago and soon after the property was bought by this company HC-GB. At first there was little info/assistance for tenants, but as soon as the property manager Emily Berger arrived on the scene things improved dramatically. It was a 180. She always responds quickly & helps address problems, troubleshoot & follow up. She's really made a huge difference in our experience here & HC-GB is lucky to have her.
