I have rented twice with Roadsurfer (Milan and Rome locations) and could not be happier with the vans and services I got. Once I had a problem with the sliding door, so I wrote to them and got immediate response. I was suggested to drive to the nearest roadsurfer location to change to another van but the door got fixed instead by the staff there in less than 5 minutes. The point is they will fix your problem as quick as possible to make your trip more comfortable. My experiences are only in Italy but I guess it is Roadsurfer standard to provide good vehicles and services.
