Fraud / Theft
I ordered a greenhouse in mid-May for delivery in early to mid-June. I paid in full through PayPal at that time. Soon after I was advised of various production delays. The delivery date kept getting pushed out further and further. I was told it would ship in July but never got any shipping notice or confirmation. When I contacted the company, they said they didn’t know and couldn’t get in touch with the manufacturer. When I said I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund, it was silent like crickets from the company. When they finally responded, they said it would take some time to process the refund. It’s been a few weeks now and no refund. I believe this company may be fraudulent or perhaps engaging in theft. They had no ability to deliver the greenhouse I ordered and now no ability to refund my money.
