I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Mon Lit Cabane has been deeply disappointing from start to finish and must be shared.
I placed an order back in May, and not only was the promised delivery window completely ignored, but I also spent months without any proper communication. Despite multiple emails from my side (which are even visible in my customer account on their own website), the company failed to reply. When they finally did, their response falsely claimed they had never heard back from me — a clear contradiction that reflects incompetence and lack of internal coordination.
I was told my order was on hold pending confirmation, even though the payment had already been processed via PayPal and is clearly marked as complete in my order history. How could a professional business not track something so fundamental?
The customer service is disrespectful, careless, and entirely unhelpful. I had to send proof of every single interaction and payment, which they should have had on record themselves.
And after all this, there is still no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, and no guarantee that the product — if it ever arrives — will match the quality promised. The entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly insulting.
As a first-time customer, I can confidently say it will be my last. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. They do not respect deadlines, they ignore client concerns, and they take no accountability for their internal mess. Disgraceful.
