Dear DFS,
I recently visited the shop in Cork and was genuinely impressed by the level of service. The staff (Paula in particularly) were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across such genuine care and attention to detail. The whole experience was smooth, pleasant, and left me feeling valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be returning — highly recommend to anyone looking for great products and even better service!
