20 days has past, Roomlala charged me 400 euros for nothing
Total scam: I lost 400 euros because of them.
The host never told me where the house was and said he wasn’t available.
I asked for a refund, but so far, I’ve received no answer from Roomlala.
This was almost a month ago.
I had to find another place through a different website, which cost me both time and money.
Roomlala has been completely unresponsive. They didn’t even send me an email to explain why they charged me the full amount for a place where the host clearly wasn’t accepting anyone.
It was my first time using Roomlala, they took 400 euros from me, and forgot about me.
