It's a fraud. There is no boutique in Vancouver. Product is shipped directly from China. It is extremely cheap and sizing is ridiculous. An extra large blouse was barely an extra small. Instructions for refund are to return to a warehouse in China, which I did. But now they are refusing to give any refund or exchange. This is a pure scam.

The website is somewhat misleading. They claim to be a boutique in Edmonton, Alberta, but their products are shipping directly from China. Sizing was incorrect, even though precise measurements were given on the product page. The product was not good quality and differed from the product photo.

However, their communications and their customer service were very helpful. Exchanging for a larger size went smoothly and quickly. They shipped the exchange to me without my having to return the original to China -- which was a great relief. I was charged postage for the exchange to be sent (again from China), which was very expensive. Oddly, the larger size was a better quality fabric than the smaller size.

Overall I'm content with the result, however I'm unlikely to order from them again.

Good product and excellent customer service. What more can you say? I've been ordering from them for several years now. It used to be slightly annoying that they shipped from the States and that took a long time, but my recent order was shipped in Canada and arrived in a few days. I'm happy about that!

Their products are good and their customer service is excellent. I order from them frequently and highly recommend them.

Tea is great but business practices and customer service are terrible. They've delayed my order for two months because of a "possible" future postal strike, that has still not happened. All attempts at communication have been ridiculous. Stupid AI responses to my inquiries are infuriating. I give up. I will never order from them again.
