I am not satisfied with the HCGB, living here more than 7 years but the service which was earlier is not now. Letting group even don't reply the emails. One thing is great here we have gotten a professional lady like Zaiga. She is very welcomeing and not only doing her job but sometimes I have seen she does other job as well.
