Fast pass never disappoint. You are always guaranteed to get a early test with them. I couldnt recommend them enough. They definatly take the pressure off. After failing my test last month I used them again and they found me a test very quickly.

Unfortunately dvsa have rescheduled the test to not a ideal date so I am using fast pass yet again to get another early test . I will not use anyone else.

*update* The fast pass team have been amazing and very helpful, particularly Hassan. I alerted them that my early test which i managed to get through them has been unfortunatly rescheduled by dvsa and I would like to use their services again for another early test , they were very understanding and refunded me so I wouldn't have to pay again.

Seriously people you will not get a better experience than using fast pass to help you along with your driving test journey.

Absolute shambles! Never has worked once! Had the autobook option selected and nothing! No emails alerts coming through either! Was very difficult getting a refund and finally managed to get one processed the other day. Stay away from them.

It says on their website if we don't find you a test in 7 days you'll be refunded. That's a lie. No test has ever been booked from them and no refund has ever been given. They have no contact details . No email address so I'm not sure who to contact for my refund! May need to go through my bank and do it that way! Shambles.

So my honest review and experience ! Out of the blue today after given up on fastpass thinking its just another scam and completley forgetting about it , I was very surprised and shocked to receive a text message today alerting me of driving test slots, the texts just kept coming and coming !

I went onto the link and chose a slot, once you choose one you have to quickly put your details in, you are timed otherwise you lose it ! Managed to secure 16th August in the morning at my chosen test centre ! Not bad from 26th November which is 102 days! I'm happy with the service and just goes to show sometimes you have to wait a little don't give up to soon. The only reason for 4 stars is once you have a live booking with them you can't get anymore notifications with them to try and get an even earlier test you have to cancel the booking and start the process again which has a cancellation fee and also paying 149 again which isnt worth so better off just sticking with the booking. But all in all happy customer its a shame we have to do things like this and go through extreme lengths like and can't do it normally on dvsa! Broken system! But third party companies like this get to benefit so its a plus for them
