I ordered a set of Drive G36 gravel wheels. They arrived way before the delivery date was set. Unfortunately there was a problem with the freewheel. After i contacted the customer service i had to make a video and some pictures so they could determine the problem....within a week they send me some parts to install and since then i have no problems anymore. Customer service was great, they respond quickly and deliver a solution without hesitation..... an example for other companies.
