The process couldn't have been easier. After an intake call to gauge current fitness levels, goals, and requirements my husband and i were matched with a great trainer, Lyria. I appreciate that she listened to our goals and makes adjustments within the sessions based on the circumstances of the session. Three months in and we're having great results.
