I am not happy with this experience at…

I'm not happy with this experience at all. It's been 16 days since my purchase, and I still haven't received my product. When I went to the store to inquire about the situation, the sales representative didn't care, just said "I don't know" and closed the issue. Today is the 16th day, and I'm still waiting for my product.

I physically contacted your team, contacted live support, and emailed, but I haven't received any information about my order. In the last conversation, they said my order would arrive on July 20, 2025, but I still don't have any information about it. In other words, I don't know if my order is ready, if it's been shipped, or if I'll be able to receive it. I don't have any information emails or a tracking number. Since I didn't receive it on the date your sales representative promised, I haven't been able to get any photos from my vacation. Unfortunately, due to your mistake, my memories of my vacation are incomplete.
