I recently flew with them on a one stop from Manchester to Adelaide via Frankfurt. Couldn’t fault the short flight to Germany but on both the outward and return flights from Germany to Australia I expected a better service. Its a 13 hour flight and there was no comfort pack, no flight attendant walk around outside of meal times (with drinks) and on both flights they ran out of food options, on our return they ran out of breakfast completely! Compared to other airlines, flown on the same route, they were very disappointing, not an airline I’d choose again.
