Question about Ucolor O2 version
I had a question about the version of the Ucolor O2. They immediately responded in a way I am not used to. It was refreshing to get true friendly help, not the standard support go-around. The website could be a bit more helpful but they cleared up my questions quickly by responding very timely to my several concerns and I ended up changing my order because they helped me to understand that there was another version that better suited my interest. Usually support wants to get rid of you but insted here they wanted a conversation with me to help me get exactly what I wanted. How often does that happen? Not often!
