Very low quality. The products received don’t match the product descriptions or images online. The website online is all AI images. When I tried to return the items they said that I’d have to pay for them to be returned to China first and there was no guarantee if I’d get my money back. This is a scam.

The app, the process and the entire experience was amazing. Coachbit made it so easy for us to engage and for my daughter to continue to learn.
