Love this chicken coop! It is well-made by a U.S. company that really understands chickens. There are a lot of options for upgrades (feeders, waterer, storm panels) so you can decide how much money you want to spend and which options fit for you.

I have been unable to log in for months. Despite sending multiple requests to customer support, I've gotten no response. While they have good content, if something goes wrong, you are on your own with no way to get assistance or access the subscription you've paid for. I can't recommend this to anyone.

Hi Amber, while we're sorry to hear you say this, it is absoltuely not true as we have sent you multiple responses to your emails. If you have not been receiving them I would recommend checking your spam folder as we ALWAYS reply to all inqueries and are always here to help!
