Please set your expectations appropriately and you should be fine. I know I had to wait for 9 days for the dell laptop to arrive but this was expected as per the estimated delivery date. I had lots of updates in between, and was notified the day before of my delivery which is exactly the estimated dell delivery date. It was totally correct with the date and I was the happy owner of a dell 16 plus laptop by 11am. The laptop was in excellent packaging and the laptop itself was pristine. I just love my new laptop. Have updated to the latest bios and graphics drivers as well as app drivers. Everything is so fast with it. I did notice that if you open many windows, it does start to slow a little especially when downloading and installing apps. However I just love my machine, Audio is great, screen is sharp and colourful, and facial login and fingerprint login works wonderfully. Will definitely buy again from Dell in the future.

Tutorwiz is great if you want your child to work from home and cover knowledge gaps to fill those so they can move on to better results. I find it easy to do as everything is done online with the questions easy to navigate and user friendly. It is especially good for children who are struggling or parents who are busy and do not have time to teach or drop the children to tuition classes. We needed to go abroad and Tutorwiz was kind enough to suspend our payments until we get back. The only negatives are that there is no actual tutor as such as everything is done online and the fee is slightly high for a software app. There are feedback from Tutorwiz and monthly appraisals though to mitigate this.
