Going into doing a pre -order I figured there would be bumps in the road. Mona handled communication very well and although they did miss a few deadlines they were very good with information. Seems like it was more a supplier issue. But when I received the booster pedals was a present surprise. They were very well boxed and included all the connectors. Once I hooked them up they worked perfectly.
