It's a good and honest platform with many offers, however they are very slow at sending withdrawals.

They randomly blocked my account after I completed their KYC and they refused (and still refuse to this day) to give me back my money.

Stay away!

I've completed several offers from Timewall. They only paid one, then they literally rejected all of the others even tho I had followed all the steps listed in their offers and provided proof every single time.

I even went the extra step by opening disputes for the offers they refused to pay, explaining in detail all the steps I completed and giving them tons of screenshots as proof that everything was done correctly on my end, but they are rejecting every single dispute without giving a reason (my guess is that they don't even check them).

I sent a ticket about an offer found on their offerwall, Big Clash. I completed all the steps that were required but didn't get paid, so I sent them a ticket showing that I did everything that was required by the offer and attaching screenshots as proof as well.

They rejected my ticket after making me wait 30 days even tho I did everything right. Apparently it's useless to complete offers with them and won't be bothering anymore unless they make it right.

My ticket ID is 1068180 in case they want to make it right and pay what is owed to me. I'll be happy to update the review in case they correct their mistake.

I have been a Freecash user for over 3 years and invited many friends to try it as well, I haven't had any issues until now. Two weeks ago they randomly froze my account withdrawals for no reason, I have tried to contact them multiple times but they don't want to give me the reason behind their decision.

I am 100% certain that I haven't violated any of their ToS, but they still refuse to release my account and they are keeping my hard-earned money as well as they refuse to pay out my money.

They are basically not giving an F about me as a user and they're keeping money as well. This is inacceptable and I demand that my account gets revaluated or - AT THE VERY LEAST - I demand that Freecash pays out my money, after that they can close my account if they want.
