The only things I have not liked so far…
The only things I have not liked so far are the fact that I've tried to update my address about 17 times. I have provided the requested documents in the requested format each time and it still says it can't be verified and my address still isn't changed.
The second thing is updating my phone number. I've tried that several times and I never receive the security code via text to my new number so it remains unchanged. Except now when I try to change it, I get an error message that and account with that phone number already exists.
Third, and I believe it's because I can't update my address, I can't use my electric company to boost. Also I can't use the feature to report my rent.
