Not a bad experience
Working with Trademark Factory has been a good choice. I was always able to get ahold of someone handling my concerns within hours not days. The process can take time while waiting on your Country of choice patent office to get around to viewing your application. TF can do nothing about this. Be patient . I paid TF to build and submit my application properly for my needs, and this is exactly what I received.
