To clarify, Terra does not share 3D drawings for some products as they contain proprietary information. I do see that our sales team did share PDF drawings of the products. In the future, if you require a specific measurement or clarification on any detail, please let us know, and we will be happy to provide the necessary information.
Regarding the shipment delay, we are sorry for the delayed shipment. Ship dates are approximate, and in this case, we took extra precautions to properly crate the order for international shipping to ensure your products arrive safely.
