EBC is NOT really that good so far...
As of today, not real happy with Electric Bike Company. We paid top dollar for bikes made in the USA and are having issues with the batteries and/or controllers (on both bikes). Tried to call, they make you send them an email to request a call back. When you send the email, this is the reply that is received (keep in mind it is June 25 - and not the approaching srping season) :

It appears they are understaffed and have no support function. Even the dealer we bought the bikes from cant get a response from them. I understand things happen and people get busy - but dont make the consumers - the people who support your business - suffer as a result of your success. Hire more help when it gets busy... this is truly a case of overpromise and underdeliver. As of today, i am wishing i had just bought a cheap overseas bike as the end result is the same! See if this gets rectified - I will gladly update this review if anything occurs that changes my perspective.
