Poor from start to finish.
Failed delivery today, driver just tried a random house down the road instead of using his eyes for the correct address. Advised by EE they had contacted DPD and parcel would be delivered later. Waited at the office until 6pm for this delivery and it didn’t arrive. Poor service from start to finish, and rude customer service adviser that just talks over you, to the point to have no choice but to raise your voice, then they refuse to continue the call. Very convenient. Would never use again given the choice.
