It's been 4 days since I ordered a VST
It's been 4 days since I ordered a VST, yet to receive the product. I contacted support a few hours after not received a response. Still waiting on a refund or download to the product, simply unacceptable to wait that long for a digital download.
EDIT: This was resolved after directly emailing Phil, the form seems to be unmonitored

The download is instantly available in your userarea after purchase - are your able to log in? I just requested your details because I can not find anything in the system - maybe a typo in the email? Once I got your email address I can figure out what is going on :)
