This is my second time losing the…

This is my second time losing the parcel from Yodel delivery person. I live in an apartment and he/she could have just called me using the phone number but dropped a parcel to completely different building which isn’t not my home.

Hi Ansu,

I’m really sorry this has happened to you again. Losing a parcel once is frustrating enough—but for it to happen a second time is completely unacceptable. When you provide your contact information and clear address details, they should absolutely be used, especially in apartment buildings where access can be tricky. Dropping your parcel at an entirely different building without even trying to reach you is simply not good enough.
