I love my trainer
I have been training with Svetness for a few months now and it has been a really good experience. Everything from the beginning was simple and easy to get started. What makes it great is my trainer Isaiah.
He is amazing. Very calm but also knows exactly what he is doing and keeps me motivated. I have worked with other trainers before and it always felt like they were either too aggressive or not really interested. Isaiah finds the right balance. He listens, stays supportive, and adjusts based on how I feel that day.
The workouts are never boring and I actually look forward to them, which I never expected. I feel stronger, more confident, and overall just in a much better place both physically and mentally. Please ask for Isaiah if you are in San Francisco Area.
