I am extremely disappointed with the way Pearson VUE handled my exam. Due to a technical issue on your side, my exam was cancelled and I was simply told to reschedule it for another time — as if my time and effort were irrelevant.
This response was completely unempathetic and unprofessional. There was no accountability, no real support, and no recognition of the stress and disruption this caused. The lack of basic human decency and concern for candidates is alarming, especially for a company that plays such a critical role in people’s careers.
You don't just lack technical reliability — you lack human values.
