They supposedly are there to give you support and answer questions, I have asked several questions and it seems I get an AI generated blanket answer that doesn’t answer the questions. The only regular communication I get from them is to update my billing info, I get this because I locked the card I put it on and won’t unlock it until I get answers. It’s been months asking and months with no real answers
