I tried volatility 100 index on freshforex. I have never traded synthetic indices before but I found that I was able to trade during the weekend 24/7 . I used a cent account which had dropper to 0.14 cents in marking and I managed to make a dollar . Synthetic indices are prone to market news manipulation and respect price action trading. So far I haven't encountered any big problems in trading these synthetics . My overal trades I managed to withdraw a substantially good amount of cash from the trades I did on the pair . I do have a problem with the spread on the synthetic pair it's a bit too big and if possible they should try reduce it to make it more favourable .

I would like to point out that even though freshforex is a fairly good broker I'm not happy with their spread on currency pairs not good for scalping . They however do have a good deposit and withdrawal system it's very fast and their support is very swift in attending to its customers . Overall rating is 3 stars . I hope they work on improving on this area

I purchased a device from their online shop had it shipped to me , i payed customs duty which was half the cost of the phone which i cant complain about . When receiving the device it was faulty and had to send it back bear in mind they claim to check all their products . After sending it back they only refunded me via a gift card that only allows me to buy from their shop . Now i have to buy another phone from them and pay duty again yet it wasnt my fault that their device was faulty . Calculating all the cost i have to pay at the end makes buying from them a useless and unfruitfull thing to do . Their support takes ages to respond and dont even try to assist me as much as people find their services affordable you end up having to pay more than what you bargained for .
