We purchased a new car from Volvo
We purchased a new car from Volvo, told there would be a 3-4 mo lead time. We were then told a new car was available in 3 weeks, after someone “pulled out” (no further details) but were assured the car was brand new, so we agreed. Despite buying the car from Volvo directly, the car has shown to have multiple issues, highlighted by Volvo themselves, (independent of us). Yet, Volvo won’t engage with any of the issues they themselves have raised.
Unnecessarily stressful and arduous trying to get any form of assistance. Very unexpected that Volvo would engage in such misconduct. (Also worth mentioning the disappointing conduct from the Sales team at the dealership).
We are raising the conduct formally for investigation but want to forewarn others, so they might avoid a similar situation.
