Stellar product with incredible service
This is my second time working with Artis Opus, and I cannot express how much I adore the product—but more importantly, the customer service.
On my last order, the app I was using to track the package wasn't updating correctly. I messaged AO on the weekend, stating there was no rush to get back to me since it was outside working hours. However, within 15 minutes I received a reply from Morgan providing an update. Totally unnecessary, but he did it anyway.
The product arrived earlier than expected, but one of the brushes was damaged. Again, no big deal—it happens. I shot off another message and within 15 minutes got another reply from Morgan, giving me options to make it right (return, refund, etc.).
Not only is the product top-notch and the tutorial videos super helpful, but knowing that the people behind the company are as customer and artist-focused as they are, they've earned a lifetime customer.
Oh yeah, I just ordered more brushes and a dry brush palette. Thank you AO, and thank you Morgan!
