Worst customer service EVER!!!
Worst customer service EVER when there is a problem with you car, even when under warranty.
I was advised by the team to drop my car to the Elstree dealership and they should provide a courtesy car. Get there no courtesy car available. Volvo Assistant books a taxi for me and says a courtesy will be sorted in 2-3hrs, 4hrs later I have to call to chase up and suddenly they have no record of this and it is not their policy to do so.
Based on the advice given, I have now no means to pick up my 3yr daughter (unless in a taxi which puts a child at risk) and could potentially lose a non-refundable reservation of £200 due to only giving my car in as I was promised a courtesy car.
Seems like they don't train their staff on what they can provide, contacting customers to provide update and ability to tell customers what their policy is.
I have had to constantly chase and every conversation repeat what has happened, what I was promised. Oh and they obviously don't care about their customers who buy a car from them to provide a cover car which they state they do when purchasing the car!!
