I have written 3 reviews, 1st review on 3rd June, 2nd review on 11 th June and 3rd I don’t remember the date. Every time they say my case has been forwarded to the concerned dept and they get back to me soon.
As of now nobody contacted me. They just give wrong message. As I said earlier I have lost 3350 USD capital 10000 USD profit because they never apply stop loss. All money lost the trades went opposite direction and all money got liquidated. See my detailed review listed 3rd and 11 th June
They are not interested not apply stop loss and this way they want more deposit in.
I request not to join this platform
Because they are very cheat and never listen to us. Also their communication is very poor. I have contacted their head office but they never reply.

Almost one month I have written a review and two reminder. Every time they says we are studying my case and concerned dept will contact me. As of now no one contacted me. They are cheat and taken all my money. I request no one join with this broker. I withdraw twice but they
did not give. When they trade never apply stop loss and I lost almost 3350 USD capital and 10000 USD profit. Also the staff behaviour is not good, always insist high deposit and offer liverage. Their communication is very poor. I have sent many mail to their head office MWALIS but no response. I am requesting my capital and profit I want it back. I did all trade with their instructions so they are responsible for loss

Never join this platform because they are cheat. My account got liquadated 4 times because they never use stop loss. They have given trade credit but their mode of trade same only so more liquidation

I had very bad experience with this broker and I request not to join this broker again. Account Managers never give respect and they are very rude. They always insist and push for more deposit. Never entertain for withdrawal. It seems this platform created and main objective for liquidation only so that this way they can attract more deposit. Their communication is very poor and head office never responds – Mwalis. I insist to apply stop loss for each trade to avoid liquidation but they never allow applying stop loss. Once in a while they just call and execute trades and ask me to repeat each trade which is not the right ways of trade. Before we execute the trade we have to check the trend whether buy or sale. Once again I request all of you please withdraw all money and escape otherwise you may be next victim of loss. I have lost 3350 USD my capital and 10000 USD approx profit
My question is
a) All trades done as per instruction from account manager so it is their responsibility to protect the account and make profit. All account managers are very rude and like a boss. They take salary because of investors and we should respect each other.
b) Each of the trade broker is taking profit and swap charges
c) Initial stage before open account and deposit your admin guys said withdrawal take only few hours to reach account but later they said it will take 4 to 5 days to reach my account. I withdraw twice but they rejected saying that trades are going on. My question is if withdrawal happened what is the relation for the trades. After withdrawal definitely we can open trades
d) Your office communication is very poor and pathetic. If we sent any mails no response from concerned dept. I have sent many mails to your head office Mwalis but as of now no response.
e) It seems you are looking for only deposit and you don’t entertain withdrawls.
f) It also seems this platform designed and created for the main objective “LIQUADATION”
g) Lastly I am requesting the concerned to refund my capital 3350 USD and my profit 10000 USD approx
