Nellie Forget

Our tour guide, Melanie, was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and engaging. I understand that she doesn’t create the itinerary, but I did want to share some feedback. While I know this was a tour, the pace felt a bit intense for middle schoolers. Starting early at 8 a.m. and continuing late into the evenings made it challenging for some students to keep up. At times, the schedule felt so rushed that a few kids seemed hesitant to even ask for a bathroom break. I completely understand the need to stay on schedule, but allowing just a little more breathing room in the day would make the experience more enjoyable and comfortable for everyone.
