Booked our Florida holiday with virgin for 2026 and enquired about changing the booking to include a Disney dining plan. Spoke to Amy Tilley and honestly she was amazing. A true professional who delivered an excellent service, she was extremely kind and considerate and really demonstrated great customer service. Thank you Amy you absolute superstar and thank you virgin for having such great staff. Such a great company. Other travel agencies need to take a leaf from your book.
