I bought our Drivse Shower Head in Feb…

I bought our Drivse Shower Head in Feb '25 & at the same time I bought the SPECIAL Priced Filter Replacements (9) at 50% Discount so it was ONLY $72. We have really bad water &it has made a world of difference & we have been very happy! UNTIL this past Wked - May 31-Jun1'25. I Replaced the filter & proceeded to turn the water on to warm while I brushed my teeth. BUT - as I was at the sink I was getting soaked by a stream of water coming OVER the shower rod curtain - so I reached to turn off the shower. I tried tightening it - but just had major TOTAL shoulder Replacement & not enough strength to tighten - so fortunately - I had saved the previous reg shower head we had & changed it out. After mowing grass, my husband came in to shower & I told him he would have to tighten the head handle b/c I couldn't & it was spraying / rather soaking me over the curtain rod. So he tried & then turned it on & it just streamed everywhere!! But his eyes being better than mine - saw there was a crack right at the connection of the handle to the head where you put in the filters. So trying to still use it - we used plumbers tape - Nope! Then Medical Tape - NO WAY!! So back on went our previous shower head.Thank the Good Lord!!
I was looking to see what their Customer Service Num was online & found that there is NO NUMBER to be had!! All through online ordering, disputing, complaining, or telling abt a faulty piece - WHICH NOW - we realize must be a continual theme for Drivse with Drivse Shower Heads. It said for Reund/Returns - you had to have a pic of problem & copy of Invoice of purchase. Now - I am one of those people's who still has to have a receipt for EVERYTHING from EVERYWHERE!! My bill drawer & overstuffed shoe boxes at Y'End proves me to be true - including grocery store receipts! Yep - that's me, thru & thru!!
So to go to my Housing File & NOT FIND my Invoice for the Shower Head Order was very disturbing to say the least & I went thru it 2 xs - piece by piece!! What I didn't find was very upsetting but what I DID FIND was EQUALLY UPSETTING ... 2 receipts for Ordering the SPECIAL Priced 9 pk filters refills. SOOOO - now I realize I have bought 2 filters refills for $72 & $77 BUT >>have only received ONE (1) refill set !!!! SO now I'm out a refill set & a broken shower head & all I can do is submit the ONLY invoices I have & explain my need of an additional refill set AND a New Shower Head. BUT >> do I really expect to receive these things??? No, NOT AT ALL - b/c their Refund/Return clause says "w/In 30 days". So I have a packet of 9 refill filters & no way to use them - at all!!! All I can do is send a copy of the charge on my VISA WF Card for $39.99 on 2/17/25, that proves I bought the shower head - BUT - again - I'm most certainly out of the 30 day window. Soooo - JUST wanted to say - at this point I have spent over $189 - and have nothing to show for it being useful at all!! Very Sad- Very Disappointing!!! :-(((((
