Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. It wasn’t with the store, it was entirely online. 
I ordered the dress online that I tried on in store. I should have just taken the one I tried on in store, if I am being honest. I wanted to shop around which I did and just didn’t find anything that really fit as well as the one I ordered. 
Long story short - I received the dress in the mail on Friday. The dress was delivered in tissue paper and a packaged in a shipping bag. The dress is so wrinkled, it has to be steamed. There’s no choice. I would have expected this from Walmart/Amazon not David’s bridal. Not even a box? Or a garment bag? I am so upset. The cost of a steam is just about what I paid for the dress so now I’m into this dress for DOUBLE the cost. 
I’m so disgusted. The customer service is horrible. They did offer a free steam at a location over an hour from my home. I couldn’t commit to a date because I work a lot and I have active children so that wasn’t good enough. They also said if I wanted to return it I would pay 14.99 for the return fee which they will take out of my refund. I will never ever do business with David’s bridal again.
