Seller messaged me about account being already sold, offering a refund or a replacement account. I emailed back about 3 minutes after receiving the email, only for the head manager to not respond at all. Now it’s been ~1 day later and I’ve emailed the head manager three times, no response at all.

support was great, helped answer all my questions and was attentive

spent 200 euros on an account and after a day it still hasn't been delivered, support is unresponsive and i can't get a refund.
