I distinctly remember signing up for the peak hygine plan for "FREE", was "pleasantly" surprised when my mother asked me why every 3 months her card was being charged... deceptive marketing at it's finest, ball and beard trimmers are wonderful though, unfortuantely they don't compensate enough to give more than 1 star, due to the fact their warranty is waived off if you cancel said plan (:

Hello,
We want to start by sincerely apologizing for any confusion surrounding your Peak Hygiene Plan.
When you join the Peak Hygiene Plan, it’s set to a quarterly schedule with two base products per shipment. These are selected to match your original purchase. For example, if you purchased The Lawn Mower™ trimmer, you would receive a replacement blade and another rotating product every three months.
The free gift mentioned refers to that second base product, which is included at no extra cost during your subscription.
You’re always in control. You can update your base products, change your delivery schedule, or cancel anytime by logging into your self-service member portal.
We’ve passed your feedback to our team as we continue working to improve the clarity of our communication. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us directly at https://eu.manscaped.com/pages/contact.
lets you edit, then ask you to sign in and give payment info, scummy tactic

Hello and apologies for any confusion incurred! CC data is indeed required for account registration. That does not mean however that you would be immediately charged. Please note that our free trial period covers full 30 days, and during this first month there are no charges whatsoever.
'get free trial to access """PREMIUM""" features" premium in terms of deleting a page from a pdf file, other reviews said they cant cancel the free trial, pain in the butt to work with, honestly, id rather get a cracked version containing malware and spyware than give them my info, ironically seems like a safer approach.
they MASSIVELY over-promise the value you can get out of their courses, that aren't up to date. the "professional" certifications are a glorified version of their free plan, holding your hand tightly like a kindergarten toddler, whilst at the same time leaving out FUNDAMENTAL explanations. i regret wasting my time with this, FREE courses on Youtube do a better job at teaching you than this.
