I distinctly remember signing up for the peak hygine plan for "FREE", was "pleasantly" surprised when my mother asked me why every 3 months her card was being charged... deceptive marketing at it's finest, ball and beard trimmers are wonderful though, unfortuantely they don't compensate enough to give more than 1 star, due to the fact their warranty is waived off if you cancel said plan (:

When you join the Peak Hygiene Plan, it’s set to a quarterly schedule with two base products per shipment. These are selected to match your original purchase. For example, if you purchased The Lawn Mower™ trimmer, you would receive a replacement blade and another rotating product every three months.
The free gift mentioned refers to that second base product, which is included at no extra cost during your subscription.
You’re always in control. You can update your base products, change your delivery schedule, or cancel anytime by logging into your self-service member portal.
