Positive, problem-solving and hard working
The three removal men arrived on time;
They managed the access which needed them to carry things a bit further down the drive:
were very helpful with organising the strategy;
Worked a long time loading the vans:
Were cheerful and easy to talk to;
Used our names when discussing what next;
When faced with difficulties over the stairs to the top floor they worked out the solution, removal of newel post, working with my husband to resolve.
Helped with an extra wooden garden log.
