From start to finish the process was easy, they kept in contact, advised what was next and when. Everything went according to plan, our bag was delivered to our ship on day of embarkation and brought to our suite soon after boarding. Could not have been easier or more effective. They delivered exactly what they said they would. Very impressed and will use again.

The personal service. We were on travel and my cane/seat broke. I ordered one and had it shipped to a hotel we would be staying at and made that note on the order. Not only did they upgrade my shipping to ensure timely delivery, complimentary, but took photos of the package for id purposes should the hotel have any problem finding it. Even put a note on the package to the hotel. Then emailing me to inform that the cane had been delivered. All the while emailing me with status. Truly superb customer service. The kind of shop, and people you want to do business with. Cannot recommend highly enough. THANK YOU!!

What a shame there are only 5 stars, Farm Cottage deserves 10! I broke my cane/seat combo in the midst of a 3 week long cruise Miami to UK, with a 2 week following driving tour of Scotland. My device allowed me to do excursions and tours that would have been difficult if not impossible without it. I searched for a way to do so in Scotland. I found Farm Cottage Brands. They had the same device only an upgraded, better version. I ordered it and asked that it be deliverd to our first hotel in Scotland. Today I received the most wo derfull email from the proprietor informing me they had shipped the item, upgraded shipping to make sure it arrived in time, added a note to the hotel that I would be a guest picking the package up, and even took a photo of it and sent to me for id purposes. WOW!!!!!! Such personalized attention and obvious care for my well-being was so refreshing and, as a Yank from the US, so unexpected!!!! Plus the price was better than on Amazon. These are people who care and whom you can trust. I cannot give them a high enough rating and recommendation. Use them.
