It should ZERO star . . . At 1:20pm CST in Texas, I called to get account info. The customer rep, Patricia, was absolutely rude, unprofessional, mocked me as I asked questions and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said to call back. WWWOOOWWW !!!! That's the level of customer service your company is providing / paying for ??
