Wow, Just wow... I bought the Rocker chair as a gift for my grandson but it was missing an arm and audio connectors. I reached out to support and instead of telling me I was on my own for a used item, the support was AMAZING and helped me find the model number which lead me to the correct arm replacement. VERY inexpensive and FREE shipping?!!! I WILL be a customer for my next new chair purchase!!!!
