This has been a long time coming but I would not recommend ZocDoc. I told them I do not accept Medicaid yet they continually scheduled Medicaoid patients on my calendar. If you don't get to cancelling the appointment within a couple days, there's no recourse for getting your money back and are told tough luck. I've lost money because of this.

I signed up for HelpMatch as a psychologist looking for referral leads for my practice, and was blown away by the nature of this team. Every single person I've interacted with has been so incredibly friendly and more importantly, they really care about your success with their service. Not every lead has been an ideal fit for my practice and there are some who never even reply back (so weird), but the ones who do more than make up for it. Their welcome call is with a human and they like to hop on "check in calls" to hear about your progress and I find these so valuable for my practice, it's kind of like built in free coaching. They stress that success compounds over months of being with them and I have to say this is exactly right. I've been so burned by other platforms and it just feels so refreshing to finally have found one that is reliable and has a team who cares about you.
