Awful now

Awful now. Customers for over 20 years, had 2 water softeners in that time, but recently awful, not surprising as you can clearly see Harvey's sold out to culligan, staff leaving, bad financial problems.
We keep getting apologies, you now can't get an engineer for weeks. worse still they twice referred us to a credit agency and they then twice apologised that they had.

Vue Pearson online

Vue Pearson online. Failed to sit a CIMA MCS Case study yesterday. UK based. Did all the computer checks many times last week and also in the days leading up. On the day couldn't enter, then problems with phone camera, no button to take the photo. It's apparently a known issue, I've since found out. Time ran out. Can't book again for 3 months. Cried. So sad.
