I ordered my plates they arrived in record time but was wrong they had not put the boarder on, I emailed and they replied apologised and said would send them out again which they did at no extra cost and came next day

My husband had just had a hip replacement, and I work full time from home our boiler went on the Sunday, booked online for the Wednesday, second to non service the lads that came where amazing they put covers all down and took shoes off, this work was great so good all out by 10am new boiler was delivered by 9:45 and put straight in and all was cleaned up didn’t even look like they had been. Friendly lads and helpful, what was started as a stressful situation ended up being peace and mind,
