DO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT USE THEM. every package you buy with them is a “trial” even though that’s not how they advertised on their website. Also the trial automatically charge after 24 hours. They email you saying your followers will be delivered with 24 hours. That’s a lie to keep you in for 24 hours. So after that they can charge you the monthly subscription terms that you missed reading because it was so small. MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL IT on their website within 24 hours if you are reading my review. Right now. You can cancel it by unsubscribing on their website. There’s an option after the 3 dash on the right hand corner.

They also never delivered the followers as promised. Just avoid then at all costs.

Disappointing as a return customer

When I first ordered House of Indya, the delivery was fast and smooth, there were no issues, whatsoever. So I decided to order with them again for an upcoming indian wedding that I am attending. They have very affordable ranges and also expensive ones. I ordered two sarees on the 22/4 and nothing was dispatched after a whole week of waiting, so I reached out to the customer service. The customer service is super slow at responding to emails (emailed them on the 29/4 then whatapped them again 2/5 didn't got an response until 3/5 on whatsapp). Finally got my first order 6/5. The 2nd saree was not dispatched, the customer service agent said they will dispatched as soon as possible, and a few days later i got a cancellation email from them for the saree i was waiting for, no prior communication about this cancellation, very poor communication. I need the sarees for Mid May and due to the cancellation I have to sort out my outfits last minute, I am so disappointed with my experience with them this time, not sure if I want to use them again.
