First class service from Helen

Today we finally decided on our DFS sofa for our holiday home. We were talked through the various options and suitable styles by Helen, from the Shrewsbury store. She was so knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions perfectly. We actually waited to place our order until she was back at work from her rest days. Now we just have to wait for our order to arrive. Thank you Helen
