Customer service is handled by AI. There is no human to help you. IDs do not "pass verification" so you can never cash out. I still have $54 in bonus I cant use because they keep taking from my cash balance and there is no option to select to use bonus funds. Numerous emails over 2 weeks get obvious AI responses that offer no help whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS APP
